A modern studio apartment with a balcony, 32 m2, is located on the first floor of the building and is accessible only by stairs. Each apartment is air-conditioned, has a flat-screen TV with satellite programs, deposit box, telephone and high-speed WI-FI internet.
The bedroom with a double bed (160×200 cm) is located at the entrance to the apartment.
From the bedroom you enter the spacious living room and kitchen with dining room. The living room also serves as a space for an additional 2 people on the sofa (160x200cm) and has access to a furnished balcony with:
- a view of the nearby pine forest or
- a view towards the sea and the nearby pine forest (the apartment does not have an unobstructed view of the sea)
The elegant and functional kitchen contains a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, an electric hob, a kettle, basic cooking equipment, and a dining area suitable for 4 people.
The comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower contains a toilet, hair dryer and washing machine.
